Citizens and soldiers beware! The State Office Complex side of our beloved Cross Vermont Trail is a virtual minefield.
It appears that the keeper of a local canine friend is AWOL (absent without leash).
I love dogs. Owners who do not mind their pups on public lawns — not as much.
Please, watch your step as you leave Randall Street behind.
