Dec. 17, at 1:03 p.m., police conducted a patrol of downtown.

Dec. 17, at 1:47 p.m., police obtained an arrest warrant for a resident after ascertaining probable cause.

Dec. 17, at 3:32 p.m., police checked on the welfare of a person believed to be suicidal.

Dec. 17, at 5:20 p.m., police responded to a report of a threat.

Dec. 18, at 8:20 a.m., police responded to a report of theft.
