A Connecticut man was arrested April 26 for allegedly stealing gas from Billings Mobil.
Waterbury police said Michael Fitzpatrick, 21, of Andover was arrested after he drove off from the gas station without paying for $56.53 in fuel.
A store employee chased after Fitzpatrick who ended up running a stop sign.
He was later apprehended by police and charged with one count of petit larceny.
Police did not specify when Fitzpatrick is scheduled to appear in court.
