Vermont State Police cited Justin S. Ainsworth, 28, of Waterbury, for allegedly driving with a suspended license on Route 100 near the intersection with Guptil Road on Sunday at 5:21 p.m. Ainsworth is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court on July 17, police said.
