Pamela H. Todd and Matthew C. Konkol are pleased to announce their engagement.
Pam, daughter of William and Laverne Todd III of Lititz, Pa., graduated from Manheim Township High School in Lancaster, Pa., and earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. She teaches IB math studies and probability and statistics at Edison High School in Alexandria, Va.
Matt, son of Steven Konkol of Waterbury and Karen Cartwright of Stowe, graduated from Stowe High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal investigations from the State University of New York at Canton and is a police officer with the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, May 13, 2017, in Woodbridge, Va.
Grandparents of the groom are Anne M. Konkol, Ann J. Cartwright and Vincent E. Parris, and Mr. and Mrs. John R. Cartwright.
Grandparents who will not be there to share the special day but are still in the family’s hearts include the grandparents of the bride, William and Claire Todd Jr. and John Flaherty and Laverne Peters, and the grandparents of the groom, George Konkol, Maude F. Jacobs and Dorothy Cartwright.
