Local United Parcel Service employees will hold the 10th annual Best Ball Scramble golf tournament July 17 for the benefit of Green Mountain United Way.
The tournament will be at the Country Club of Barre at 142 Drake Road. Registration starts at 11:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. An award reception, dinner and raffle prizes will follow the tournament at about 5 p.m. Dinner will be chicken and ribs by Cornerstone Catering.
Registration is $125 per golfer or $500 per foursome, which covers greens fees, two carts, registration gifts and dinner.

Prizes will be awarded for high score, longest drive, closest to the pin, and low gross and net, among others. Capitol City Buick GMC is providing a brand-new pickup truck as the prize for the hole-in-one contest.
