Anne Decker conducted TURNmusic, a new type of hybrid concert experience, at the Green Mountain Club in Waterbury Center on Friday, Oct. 10.
The goal: Perform music that is defined by quality, not by genre, and present highly professional music concerts in a relaxed venue.
