Kindergarten registration for children living in Waterbury or Duxbury who turn 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, will take place weekdays through May 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Thatcher Brook Primary School, 47 Stowe St., Waterbury. Bring the child’s immunization record, birth certificate and proof of residency, such as a tax or electric bill or lease.
This registration is not for students enrolled in Thatcher Brook Primary School or partner Pre-K programs.
Kindergarten orientation for parents only will be held on Thursday, May 29, at 6 p.m. in the school library. This will be an opportunity for parents to meet the kindergarten team, review transition to kindergarten and ask questions.
