A one-night pop-up museum, book reading and signing with author Gary Lee Miller, author of “Museum of the Americas,” will take place Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 6:30 p.m. at Bridgeside Books, Stowe Street, Waterbury.
Community members are invited to bring in one unique artifact or personal memento that tells part of their life story: a toy, a yearbook, a photograph. Artifacts can be dropped off on the day of the event or brought along that evening.
The night will be part literature and part show-and-tell for grownups. Information: Gary Lee Miller, garyleemiller.com, 279-7861,garygmiller@mac.com; 244-1441, BridgesideBooks.com.
