O'Shea wins Judge's Choice at Congressional Art Competition

Megan O’Shea of Waitsfield, a student at Harwood Union High School, earned Judge’s Choice Award for “Untitled” in the 34th annual Congressional Art Competition for Vermont high school students. U.S. Rep. Peter Welch, D-Vt. presented the awards. The competition involved 141 students from 33 schools.
