Oct. 21 at 3:14 p.m., Christopher Carpentier, 35, of Charlotte, was arrested for driving under the influence, second offense, and driving with a suspended license after police were called to a Higbee Road home in Charlotte for a report of a fight. The trooper determined Carpentier had driven his vehicle under the influence of intoxicants without a license.
