The On the Waterfront art exhibit will be held in the Art’s Alive Gallery at Main Street Landing’s Union Station, One Main Street, on the Burlington waterfront. The artwork will be on display from July 1 to August 30, 2015. Sponsored by Dragonheart Vermont and Art’s Alive, this waterfront-themed exhibition will serve as one of the many highlights of the 10th Annual Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival. The Festival brings together 2,000 participants from our community who team up to race dragon boats for charity. It draws thousands of people down to Burlington’s waterfront for fun, fitness, and charity to raise money in support of cancer survivors in our area through the programs of Dragonheart Vermont and Survivorship NOW, free cancer wellness programs. This celebration would not be complete without showcasing the works of Vermont’s talented artists. Please join us. Go to www.artsalivevt.org for the exhibit prospectus and entry form.
