The Lamoille County Foodshare will celebrate the memory of board member Karen Loh on Green Bag Day, Saturday, June 10.
Loh’s favorite project at was the Green Bag Project, a community effort to fill the tables and pantries of neighbors who could use support.
Helping those in need is a big part of Loh’s legacy. Join in donating a green bag — or any color — of non-perishable food to help neighbors who need a hand.
Participating is simple. Just swing by 197 Harrel St., in Morrisville, and leave your donation in the blue bin. Donations are accepted Monday-Friday from 9-11:30 a.m. and Saturday 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. For information go to lcfoodshare.org.
