The League of Women Voters of Vermont, in partnership with Kellogg-Hubbard Library, 135 Main St., in Montpelier, presents the first in its 2023-24 lecture series on elections and democracy on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 7-8:30 p.m.
The series will explore structural and cultural issues that affect voter attitudes and election results.
The first program presents former state senator Christopher Pearson, who will discuss Electoral College and national popular vote. He is secretary of National Popular Vote and a member of its board.
