Little Scream, a writer, visual artist and multi-instrumentalist based in Montreal, performs Friday, Aug. 1, at 7 p.m. at Topnotch Resort and Spa, 4000 Mountain Road, Stowe. Her first album, “The Golden Record” (2011), earned high ratings from National Public Radio and The New York Times.
