Eric Hutchinson, a singer-songwriter known for his catchy tunes, presents a solo acoustic show Friday, Dec. 4, at 8 p.m. at Higher Ground, 1214 Williston Road, South Burlington. Anya Marina will open. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 day of show, at highergroundmusic.com.
Hutchinson’s latest album, “Pure Fiction,” debuted in the top 10 on the iTunes overall albums chart and in the top five on the iTunes pop albums chart. His single “Tell The World” was tapped as the theme song for the NBC series “Growing Up Fisher.” Hutchinson has performed on “Today,” “Conan,” “Late Show with David Letterman,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”
