Dec. 21 at 9:32 a.m., a Mountain Road resident wasn’t sure if someone was violating a temporary restraining order, and police determined the answer was no.
Dec. 21 at 3:21 p.m., a car was hit in the parking lot of Appletree Learning Center; no one took responsibility.
Dec. 21 at 10:12 p.m., erratic driving was reported on Edson Hill Road.
Dec. 22 at 5:32 a.m., a call from an apartment in the Sky Acres neighborhood drew attention to a commotion upstairs.
Dec. 22 at 9 a.m., police still have a gold bangle bracelet that was found on the Stowe Quiet Path.
Dec. 22 at 10:13 a.m., police were asked to check again on the aforementioned Sky Acres commotion, and it turned into a juvenile case for the Department for Children and Families.
Dec. 22 at 1:21 p.m., fender-bender in the Shaw’s grocery store parking lot, with no injuries reported.
Dec. 22 at 3:28 p.m., a girl at Stowe High School dropped a dime on her ex-boyfriend, telling police he was driving around with a suspended license.
Dec. 22 at 4:59 p.m., police assisted DCF with the Sky Acres case.
Dec. 23 at 6:36 a.m., minor two-car accident on Pucker Street; no injuries reported.
Dec. 23 at 4:12 p.m., police delivered budget information to select board members ahead of their meeting on Dec. 28.
Dec. 23 at 8 p.m., minor two-car accident at Topnotch Resort; no injuries reported.
Dec. 24 at 7:40 a.m., firefighters and police responded to a fire at the top of Mount Mansfield.
Dec. 24 at 2:02 p.m., $650 worth of counterfeit cash was passed at Stoweflake Resort, which turned the money over to a bank. Now, federal authorities are investigating.
Dec. 24 at 5:38 p.m., the Vermont Department of Public Service asked police to check on a woman living on Maple Street. All was OK on Christmas Eve.
Dec. 25 at 12:20 a.m., Franklin County Sheriff’s Department was looking for a person, and asked Stowe police to be eyes on the ground here.
Dec. 26 at 6:23 a.m., police investigated a Subaru station wagon that had been ditched on the side of the road near Stowe Mountain Resort, with license plates registered to another vehicle, and without an inspection sticker.
Dec. 26 at 11:17 a.m., a couple of well-balanced kids were tiptoeing along the handrails of the Stowe Recreation Path bridge near the southern terminus, and a person called police.
Dec. 26 at 11:53 a.m., it appears a would-be burglar’s attempt to break into a Notchbrook Road condo was thwarted by a locked door.
Dec. 26 at noon, despite the favorable golfing weather, a person was told not to be on the course at Stowe Country Club.
Dec. 26 at 2:27 p.m., a pedestrian claims a car swerved and almost hit him on Weeks Hill Road, but police didn’t have enough information to go on.
Dec. 27 at 1:52 a.m., a drunken guy at the Rusty Nail got into a parking-lot argument with a taxi driver, and his friends instead acted as his cabbie home.
Dec. 27 at 1:59 a.m., police charged Christopher Sawyer, 30, of Stowe with driving under the influence, first offense, on West Hill Road. His blood-alcohol content registered 0.125 percent in a roadside test. He also got a traffic warning for weaving out of his lane.
Dec. 27 at 2:26 a.m., a Pucker Street homeowner reported a burglary from the previous day. The door was unlocked, and the thief made off with a TV and other electronics. Police think the modus operandi is similar to two other unsolved burglaries earlier in December.
Dec. 27 at 5:20 p.m., a Stowe Hollow husky ran off, but the pooch was found later.
Dec. 27 at 6:48 p.m., a car slid off the slick road into a ditch near Copley Woodlands, but no one was injured.

Dec. 22 at 3:59 p.m., fire alarm, 181 Weeks Hill Meadows.
Dec. 22 at 4:38 p.m., carbon monoxide alarm, Stowe Forks, 132 Mountain Road.
Dec. 23 at 3 p.m., fire alarm, 256 Carey Farm Road.
