State police stopped Gary R. Marsha, 34, of Morrisville, on Monday, April 28 for a vehicle equipment violation. Marsha’s license was found to be criminally suspended; he was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Morrisville police department for processing. Marsha was released on a citation to appear in the Lamoille County Superior Court on June 18.
