Michael A. Barup, 32, of Barre, first-degree aggravated domestic assault with weapon, pleaded guilty, sentence deferred five years; driving under the influence No. 1, pleaded guilty, jail sentence of 18 to 24 months suspended during good behavior, placed on probation for two years; leaving the scene of an accident, pleaded guilty, jail sentence of six to 12 months suspended during good behavior, two-year probation; driving after license suspension, pleaded guilty, fined $300; driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent, case dismissed.
