David B. Okolita, 34, of Huntington, DUI No. 2, pleaded guilty, sentenced to serve three to 18 months, with all but three days suspended during good behavior, one-year probation, $300 fine.
Erin Justice, 27, of Stowe, DUI No. 1, pleaded guilty, fined $300.
Eli English, 37, of Morrisville, DUI No. 1, two counts of violating conditions of release, cases dismissed.
Ravi Mattada, 47, of Old Bridge, N.J., DUI No. 1, case dismissed.
Jacob Baker, 19, of Morrisville, careless or negligent driving, pleaded guilty, sentenced nine to 10 days on work crew; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, sentenced nine to 10 days on work crew, with the sentences served simultaneously; reckless endangerment, pleaded guilty, sentencing deferred for two years; reckless endangerment, eluding police, and attempted simple assault on an officer, cases dismissed.
Rachael Sylvester, 25, of North Hyde Park, violating probation, admitted violation, sentenced to three to 18 months, with all but 10 days suspended during good behavior; driving after license suspension, case dismissed.
Adam B. Cohen, 31, of Worcester, violating probation, admitted violation, sentenced to serve six to 13 months, with all but one day suspended during good behavior.
Robert Pugh, 47, of Eden, violating probation, case dismissed.
Jacob Wells, 22, of Cambridge, driving after license suspension, pleaded guilty, fined $300.
Michael Menard, 23, of Johnson, driving after license suspension, case dismissed.
Michael Mallo, 26, of Hardwick, felony burglary, two felony counts of forging checks, misdemeanor charge of unlawful trespass, pleaded not guilty.
Dustin Martinez, 35, of Morristown, DUI No. 3, or subsequent, leaving the scene of a crash, eluding police, pleaded not guilty.
Dillon Quad, 21, of Hyde Park, DUI No. 1, pleaded not guilty.
Kyle Rowell, 27, of East Hardwick, DUI No. 1, pleaded not guilty.
Jenna Tatro, 23, of Johnson, driving under the influence of drugs, first offense, pleaded not guilty.
