Jody Lewis, 34, of Alburgh, felony driving under the influence, fourth offense, pleaded guilty March 4, sentenced last week to serve 90 days to three years, with the first 90 days home confinement, fined $300; driving after license suspension, case dismissed.
Storm Thompson, 23, of Craftsbury, retail theft, pleaded guilty, six-month jail sentence suspended during good behavior; unlawful trespass, pleaded guilty, jail sentence of three to 12 months suspended during good behavior; petit larceny, pleaded guilty, jail sentence of three to 12 months suspended during good behavior; one year probation for all charges; burglary and petit larceny, cases dismissed.
Deborah Percy, 50, of Hyde Park, DUI No. 3, pleaded guilty May 13, sentenced last week to serve one to three years, with at least 30 days home confinement, $300 fine; violating conditions of release, test refusal and simple assault, cases dismissed.
Michelle L. Rockwell, 37, of Hyde Park, careless or negligent driving, pleaded guilty, sentenced to serve two to three months, with all but five days suspended during good behavior, six-month probation, $300 fine; eluding police and petit larceny, cases dismissed.
Clifton Muller, 61, of Danville, careless or negligent driving, pleaded guilty, jail sentence of one to three months suspended during good behavior, one-year probation, $500 fine.
Loretta Thompson, 39, of Johnson, DUI No. 1, pleaded guilty, jail sentence of one to three months suspended during good behavior, six-month probation, $400 fine.
Jennifer L. Macdonough, 34, of Morrisville, DUI No. 1, pleaded guilty, fined $300.
Samantha A. Quad, 36, of Morrisville, DUI No. 1, pleaded guilty, fined $300.
Pall Spera, 70, of Stowe, disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, fined $300.
Roger Demers, 65, of East Calais, leaving the scene of a crash, pleaded guilty, fined $300; driving after license suspension, pleaded guilty, fined $300.
Richard D. Gallagher, 40, of Fairfax, driving after license suspension, pleaded guilty, $100 fine.
Arraignments week of July 13
Joshua Gillen, 20, listed as homeless, two counts of driving a vehicle without the owner’ consent; two counts of driving after license suspension; unlawful trespass; petit larceny; receiving stolen property, less than $900 worth; pleaded not guilty to all seven charges.
Rodney Mason, 53, of Wolcott, felony marijuana cultivation, pleaded not guilty.
Todd Hughes, 44, of Hardwick, violating an abuse prevention order, pleaded not guilty.
Thomas Fuller, 22, of Warren, driving after license suspension, third offense, pleaded not guilty.
Kelly Fitzgerald, 36, of Morristown, DUI No. 1, pleaded not guilty.
Ravi Mattada, 47, of Old Bridge, N.J., DUI No. 1, pleaded not guilty.
Angela Connelly, 36, of Swanton, driving after license suspension, second offense, pleaded not guilty.
Kenny Dompierre, 41, of Hyde Park, driving after license suspension, first offense, pleaded not guilty.
Alex Hill, 31, of Morristown, simple assault, pleaded not guilty.
