Kevin Rushlow, 26, of Underhill Center, DUI 2, pleaded guilty, sentenced three to 24 months, all suspended, placed on two-year probation.
Leon Johnson, 31, of Burlington, DUI 1, pleaded guilty, fined $300.
Amanda Laraway, 30, of Morrisville, simple assault, pleaded guilty, sentenced three to six months, all but five days suspended, placed on six-month probation, fined $300; vehicle operation with license suspended, pleaded guilty, sentenced five to six days, consecutive, fined $300; additional charges of careless or negligent vehicle operation and simple assault dismissed.

Moffit, 32, of Newport, violation of conditions of release, pleaded guilty, sentenced three to six months, all suspended, placed on two-year probation; violation of abuse prevention order, pleaded guilty, sentenced 10 to 12 months, all suspended, placed on two-year probation; additional charge of aggravated domestic assault dismissed
Sherilynn Cote, 32, of Hardwick, buying, receiving, selling, possessing or concealing stolen property, less than $900, pleaded guilty, sentenced nine to 10 days.
James Desorda, 27, of Jeffersonville, careless or negligent vehicle operation, pleaded guilty, fined $650.
Randy Bouchard, 47, of Jeffersonville, disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, fined $100.
Caleb N. Martin, 25, of Morrisville, vehicle operation with license suspended, pleaded guilty, sentenced five to six days, fined $100.
Michael Scribner, 25, of Morrisville, vehicle operation with license suspended, pleaded guilty, fined $400.
(Name removed) 19, of Barre, contributing to juvenile (under 16) delinquency, pleaded guilty March 17, April 30 sentence deferred one year.
