Oct. 30 at 10:39 p.m., Joshua Tallman, 32, of Eden, was arrested for first-degree aggravated domestic assault, four charges of violating conditions of release and unlawful mischief after police say they responded to a home in Eden for a family fight. Police say Tallman physically assaulted a domestic partner and damaged property that did not belong to him. Tallman fled.

The two bodies found in Eden on Wednesday were those of missing Massachusetts residents Jahim Solomon and Eric White, according to Vermont State Police.
A former Johnson man convicted in early 2022 of numerous sex crimes against his own daughter and accused of sexually abusing others was ordered last week to serve at least nine more years in prison.

Two bodies were discovered Wednesday in a wooded area in Eden, but police stopped short of identifying the bodies as those of two Massachusetts men who went missing earlier this month under what police described as “suspicious circumstances.”
