Sandra Beardsley 55, of Stowe, driving under the influence No. 1, pleaded guilty, sentenced to six to 24 months, with all but 20 days suspended during good behavior, two-year probation, $300 fine; probation violation, denied, all but five days of sentence suspended during good behavior, two-year probation; driving after license suspension and violating conditions of release, charges dismissed.
Tyriana M. Domasin, 22, of Morrisville, careless or negligent driving, pleaded guilty, sentenced to up to six months, with all but five days suspended during good behavior, one-year probation; three counts of probation violation, admitted, sentence suspended during good behavior; violating conditions of release, case dismissed.
Brendan Burrow, 33, of Indianapolis, careless or negligent driving, pleaded guilty, $300 fine.
Anthony Ferrone Jr., 27, of Wolcott, careless or negligent driving, pleaded guilty, $300 fine.
Crystal A. Stokes, 29, of Morrisville, careless or negligent driving, jail sentence of six to 12 months suspended during good behavior, one-year probation, $300 fine.
Stephen R. Wenner, 44, of Stowe, unlawful mischief, pleaded no contest, jail sentence of one to three months suspended during good behavior, 23-month probation, $200 fine.
Matthew Phillip Godin, 37, of Barre, violating conditions of release, pleaded guilty, $100 fine; simple assault, case dismissed.
Bernard J. Desindes, 57, of Hyde Park, probation violation, admitted, all but five days of sentence suspended during good behavior.
Hassan Ayoub, 38, of Stowe, disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 to 60 days, with all but 10 days suspended during good behavior, two-year probation, $300 fine.
Bradley Wells, 42, of Morrisville, misdemeanor drug possession, pleaded guilty, sentenced six to 12 months, with all but 10 days suspended during good behavior, one-year probation, $300 fine.
Joshua Taylor-Dickinson, 25, of Barton, marijuana possession, pleaded guilty, $300 fine.
Malynda West, 28, of Johnson, marijuana possession, pleaded guilty, sentencing deferred six months.
Robert G. Fitzgerald, 24, of Eden, driving after license suspension, pleaded guilty, sentenced five to six days, $300 fine.
Rebecca Morin, 25, of Eden, petit larceny, pleaded guilty, sentencing deferred one year.
