Residents of the Lamoille Regional Solid Waste Management District — Belvidere, Cambridge, Craftsbury, Eden, Elmore, Hyde Park, Johnson, Morristown, Stowe, Waterville, Wolcott and Worcester — can dispose of household hazardous waste for free, following a grant from the State of Vermont Agency of Natural Resources Department of Conservation. District businesses that produce less than 220 gallons of hazardous waste a year can participate at a reduced cost; please call the office at 888-7317 at least one week prior to the collection date to pre-register with a disposal inventory.

Collections will be held on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.: May 10 in Morrisville, June 28 in Stowe and September 27 in Jeffersonville.
