The annual meeting for Copley Health Systems Inc. will be held Monday, Jan. 13, at 5:30 p.m. at the Stonegrill Restaurant Banquet Room in Morrisville. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
The meeting will include reports from board chair Dana Wildes, Copley president and CEO Melvyn Patashnick, vice president of development Leah Hollenberger, and medical staff president Patrick Keith. Among the items of regular business scheduled are the election/re-election of members of the corporation and election of trustees to the Copley Board.
