Rick Isabelle, a Northeast Kingdom native, has joined the Board of Trustees of Laraway Youth & Family Services in Johnson. Isabelle serves as the board treasurer, bringing many years of experience in banking and finance.
Isabelle owns and operates the Isabelle Insurance Agency in Newport. His long list of civic involvement includes serving on the boards of the Vermont Community Loan Fund, the Northern Community Investment Corporation and the St. Johnsbury Development Fund.
