Mr. and Mrs. Karl Behrend of Englishtown, N.J., and Stowe announce the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Grace, to Phillip Pasquale Santoiemma, son of Cira and the late Phil Santoiemma of Henderson, Nev.
The proposal occurred in Tuscany. The couple met at the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, where they received undergraduate and graduate degrees in biomedical engineering.
