David Hallquist will discuss “Wind Power in Vermont” on Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 1:30 p.m. at the Town and Country Resort, 876 Mountain Road, Stowe.
Hallquist, the CEO of Vermont Electric Co-op (VEC), will address climate change, carbon reduction, and the role of electricity in Vermont. In addition, he will discuss some of the controversy that developed from VEC’s partnership with a major Vermont wind project.
