North Country Animal League is holding its annual fundraiser, “Menagerie Goes Preppy,” on Saturday, Feb. 8, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Stoweflake Resort & Spa on the Mountain Road in Stowe. The reservation deadline is Friday, Jan. 24. The event sold out last year.
Don your khakis, pearls and plaid at a perfectly preppy evening in support of the animals. The evening will be filled with food and cocktails, friends, fun, dancing and silent and live auction items emceed by WPTZ News Channel 5 anchor George Mallet. Costumes or creative dress is always encouraged but never required.
