A free video training presentation by Charlie Applestein on “Strength-Based Parenting” will be offered on Tuesday, Nov. 17, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lamoille Family Center, 480 Cadys Falls Road, Morrisville. Strength-Based Parenting is a positive, respectful, inspiring approach to parenting. Applestein is a parent educator and author of the book “No Such Thing as a Bad Kid.”
Popcorn will be provided. Child care is available to those who register. Registration: 888-5229.
