Peter Wagner, 76, passed away at home in Shelburne, Vt., on Nov. 21, 2019. He was born February 28, 1943 in Pirmasens, Germany to Heinrich Wagner and Emmy Ruth Schaefer, both of Pirmasens, who predeceased him.

Larry Joseph Touchette, 71, of Stowe died peacefully in the arms of his sister, Annette White, at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington on Monday evening, Nov. 25, 2019.

Frederick E. Bailey, 83, died Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019, at Berlin Health & Rehab in Berlin.

Jean Crossley Haigh (formerly Rogers and Cotroneo), 84, of South Albany Road in Craftsbury died unexpectedly but peacefully while leading a hike with her good friends from the Northeast Kingdom Section of the Green Mountain Club.

Richard John “Dick” Collins, 88, of Stowe died Nov. 8, 2019, with his wife Nancy by his side and surrounded by the love of his family.

Frederick Nelson Cook, 90, of Montpelier, who spent many years helping to organize the annual Vermont Antique and Classic Car Show that was held in Stowe for 60 years, died peacefully Nov. 7, 2019, after a short illness.

Arlene Ruth Mace, 80, of Morrisville died peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2019, with her family by her side, after a brief illness.

Melissa Hickok, 40, died Oct. 2, 2019 at her home in Morrisville.

Paul E. Bradley, 80, of Morrisville died at home on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2019.

Frank Howard Lackey, 91, died peacefully on Oct. 15, 2019, at home in Stowe Hollow, Stowe.

Everett Charles Lahue, 90, of Stowe died at home with his family by his side on Friday, Oct. 18, 2019.
