Thomas Mitchell, 5, volunteers to deliver meals through Meals on Wheels of Lamoille County with his grandfather, Kent Mitchell, of Stowe, each Monday. Thomas brightens the day of all the seniors on the route, and enjoys the special time with his grandfather listening to Raffi and telling jokes. Volunteers deliver a nutritious meal each day, and provide a friendly visit and well-being check for program participants.
