Champlain Valley’s JVA boys lacrosse team won a lopsided victory over Spaulding 13-2 on Tuesday, May 6.  The offense was led by midfielder Charlie Bernicke (3 goals, 2 assists) and attackman Owen McCuin (3 goals, 1 assist). Eight different players scored for the Redhawks. After the game, Head Coach David Richardson said he was “happy to see the ball moving around so well and the offense being spread out” to so many different players. The Redhawks rallied from a 6-0 halftime deficit but fell short to South Burlington, 8-5 last Friday, May 9. Atackman McCuin scored two goals.

The next home game will be played against Middlebury on Friday, May 23. The Varsity game begins at 4pm, followed by the JVA game at 5:30pm.
