Proposed Business Needs Assessment
Commissioner Ann Hogan and Town Manager Joe Colangelo will review and seek approval of proposed survey.
Proposed Amendments to Zoning Bylaw
Consider warning of hearing on proposed changes that would create Form Based Zoning Overlay District.
Growth and Density Discussion
Review of current policies and preliminary discussion of possible changes to growth and density requirements.
Other Business, Correspondence, and Adjournment
