We asked a group of local students what they were most grateful to have this holiday season. Food, family and friends took top billing, but pets and peace prevailed as well.
I am thankful for …
My hard work because one day my hard work will pay off.
Books and TV because they are the greatest key to entertainment!
My family because they take care of me. They also are very thankful for me. We help each other succeed.
The people who make the world a better place and my mom for letting my life turn into the best thing in the world.
My family because my family helps me with so much. They are the nicest people I have ever met. I am thankful for my family because they are kind and caring, loving and nice to anyone. I’m thankful for everyone in my family. This important that I’m thankful for my family because if they help me I should help them. This is why I’m thankful for my family!
My family because they care and love me.
My family because they give me food and shelter. I am also thankful for all my wonderful friends because they are friendly to me and care about me. And last but not least I am thankful for my animals because when I am lonely I can snuggle with them. That is what I am thankful for.
My family because they are so caring and I love them so much! They always take care of me when I need help, when I am sick, sad, or lost in thoughts. They also know what it is like to be a kid. My mom always knows what it is like when you want to have fun at random times, and my dad likes to play video games too! I love my family so much and am so grateful for them!
My friends and family, because they are always trying their best to be kind and caring and always putting me first. This is important because it makes me feel good & lets me spread the positive energy!
Family they support me no matter what.
Having a family that cares and helps me with hard things. I`m also thankful that I can be in a school. This is important for my learning.
Family and friends because I think that if no one had any family because where would we be?
