An American Red Cross blood drive is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 12, from noon to 6 p.m. at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9653 on Pleasant Street in Morrisville. The canteen will be sponsored by the Lamoille Region Chamber of Commerce and Laraway Youth and Family Services. Refreshments will also be furnished by American Legion Auxiliary 33, Hyde Park LAVFW 7779 and Lamoille County LAVFW 9653. Many workers give several hours of their time to make this drive successful.
All presenting donors will receive a coupon for a free round of golf at a participating golf course.
Walk-ins are welcome. Donations can also be scheduled at 1-800-RED-CROSS.
