Feb. 7 at 2:20 p.m., police responded to a mental health issue at Market Street.

Feb. 8 at 3:38 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Shelburne Road and Hullcrest Drive.

Feb. 8 at 9:44 a.m., officers responded to a car accident which caused injuries at 992 Shelburne Road.

Feb. 9 at 11:24 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint at 310 Market St.

Feb. 9 at 4:20 p.m., someone found lost property at 870 Williston Road.

Feb. 10 at 6:37 p.m., police trespassed an individual at 935 Shelburne Road.

Feb. 10 at 4:46 p.m., police investigated a case of fraud at 61 Airport Parkway.

Feb. 11 at 12:55 p.m., police investigated a report of counterfeiting at 2073 Williston Road.

Feb. 11 at 9:34 p.m., officers responded to a report of intoxication at 1068 Williston Road.

Feb. 12 at 11:34 a.m., police assisted with a citizen dispute at Lime Kiln Road.

Feb. 12 at 12:46 p.m., officers conducted a welfare check at 345 Farrell St.

Feb. 13 at 11:28 a.m., officers assisted with an animal problem at the intersection of Shelburne and Allen Roads.


Tyler J. Branon, 32, of Winooski — arrested Feb. 8 for violating conditions of release.

Matthew L. Fidler, 34, of Saint Albans — arrested Feb. 9 on a warrant for trafficking heroin, possessing more than 25 grams of methamphetamines and possession of more than 100 times the dosage for a depressant, stimulant and narcotic. He was also charged with resisting arrest.

William D. Burnett, 29, of Burlington — arrested Feb. 11 on a warrant and for driving with a suspended license.

Craig Smiley, 55, of Burlington — arrested Feb. 13 for first degree aggravated domestic assault.

Darrell K. Phillips, 60, of South Burlington — arrested Feb. 14 on a warrant.
