SBHS Iron Chefs Take “Mise en Place” Award

The SBHS Rebel Chef team took home the “Mise en Place” award at last Saturday’s Vermont Junior Iron Chef competition. The award (a French culinary term that translates to “put in place”) recognized the team for their professionalism in preparation, cooking, and teamwork. This is the fourth year the team--all graduating seniors--has brought home an award. Here they pose with the coaches from Healthy Living Market who have guided them on their five-year journey.
