Alan Bennion III, 22, of Eden, pleaded not guilty to five counts of criminal threatening and, domestic assault and unlawful mischief.
Cases decided, week of Sept. 11
Mary-Margaret Trudell, 54, of Hyde Park, pleaded guilty to first degree aggravated domestic assault and violating conditions of release and was ordered to serve 3-6 months, all suspended with five years of probation. Charges of second degree aggravated domestic assault and violating conditions of release were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Kelly M. Anderson, 44, of Johnson, pleaded guilty to DUI 2, test refusal, and was ordered to serve 3-12 months, all suspended with one year of probation.
Sarah Hunt, 46, of Greensboro, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to pay $767 in fines and fees.
Zeke D. Royer, 26, of Hyde Park, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to pay $652 in fines and fees. Charges of careless or negligent driving and driving after criminal license suspension were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Sarah E. Griggs, 42, of Johnson, pleaded no contest to careless or negligent driving and was ordered to pay $492 in fines and fees.
Lester Small, 27, of Morristown, pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving and was ordered to pay $492 in fines and fees. A charge of DUI No. 1 was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Thomas Deary, 35, of Stowe, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to pay $422 in fines and fees.
Malcolm Matthew Larose, 25, of Jeffersonville, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to pay $422 in fines and fees.
Gary D. Bertrand, 79, of Johnson, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to pay $309 in fines and fees.
Charles J. Sturgeon, 34, of St. Albans, pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving and was ordered to pay $262 in fines and fees.
Kane R. Plante, 34, of Morristown, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $205 in fines and fees.
Charges of domestic assault and criminal threatening against Tevon D. Dewyer, 31, of Shelburne were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.

Brandon Godfrey, 31, of Morristown, pleaded not guilty to first degree aggravated domestic assault.
Michael S. Sylvester, 35, of Morrisville, pleaded not guilty to second degree aggravated domestic assault and disorderly conduct and denied violating probation.
Kelly Miller, 33, of Johnson, pleaded not guilty to felony home improvement fraud.
Walter Ernest Duprey, 45, of St. Johnsbury, denied violating probation.
Katrina A. Haeger, 36, of Jeffersonville, pleaded not guilty to cocaine possession.

David M. Comstock, 33, of Morristown, pleaded not guilty to lewd and lascivious conduct with a child.
William J. Cardinal, 73, of Cambridge, pleaded not guilty to first degree aggravated domestic assault and violating conditions of release. A charge of unlawful mischief was dismissed by the court for lack of probable cause.
Kevin P. Hachmann, 43, of Morrisville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of unlawful trespass.
Jeremy Derose, 44, of Eden, pleaded not guilty to unlawful trespass.
Eric J. Edson, 52, of Burlington, pleaded not guilty to felony retail theft.
Hillary Degree, 31, of Milton, pleaded not guilty to false pretenses or tokens.
Chad D. Foss, 46, of Morrisville, pleaded not guilty to petit larceny and violating conditions of release.
Cases decided, week of Sept. 18
Andrew C. Lemieux, 34, of Newport Town, pleaded guilty to assault and robbery with a weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, three counts of felony unlawful mischief, two counts of possession of burglary tools providing false information to police, petit larceny, resisting arrest, and was ordered to serve a minimum of 4 years and 9 months and a maximum of 15 years. Charges of criminal threatening, felony unlawful mischief, possession of burglary tools, petit larceny, possession of stolen property, were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Ciana Allen, 25, of Hyde Park, pleaded guilty to second degree arson and was ordered to serve 10 years on probation.
Jeffrey M. Nolan, 65, of Stowe, pleaded guilty to eight misdemeanor counts of setting fires and was ordered to serve eight consecutive sentences of 30-60 days, all suspended with two years of probation.

Eric R. Boucher, 38, of Morristown, pleaded guilty to violating an abuse prevention order and was ordered to serve 3-12 months, all suspended with one year of probation.
A charge of DUI No. 2 against Matthew Hosford, 26, of Eden, was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.

Jason T. Schofield, 40, of Waitsfield, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 3 and aggravated driving without owner consent and was ordered to serve 18-36 months, all suspended except 96 hours, with two years of probation. Charges of driving after criminal license suspension and narcotics possession were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Kyle B. Phillips, 36, of Johnson, pleaded guilty to two counts of violating an abuse prevention order and was ordered to serve 3-12 months, all suspended with two years of probation. Additional charges of violating an abuse prevention order and violating conditions of release were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Jonathan W. Langmaid, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 2 and driving after criminal license suspension and was ordered to serve 23-24 months, all suspended with one year of probation.
Katie Helton, 41, of Johnson, pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving and was ordered to serve 1-12 months, all suspended with two years of probation.
Dominic J. Smith, 26, of Newport City, pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving and was ordered to serve 0-6 months, all suspended with one year of probation.
Angelina Lafave, 39, of Hyde Park, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a crash and was ordered to serve 0-6 months, all suspended with six months of probation.
Timothy J. Burton, 57 of Johnson, pleaded guilty to prohibited conduct, open or gross lewdness, and was ordered to serve one year on probation.
Richard Edwards, 52, of Jeffersonville, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to pay $652 in fines and fees.
Russell Myers, 33, of Johnson, pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and was ordered to pay $542 in fines and fees.
Robert J. Bishop, 45, of Barton, pleaded guilty to false pretenses or tokens and was ordered to pay $492 in fines and fees.
Jeremy S. Chapin, 44, of Hardwick, pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving and was ordered to pay $492 in fines and fees.
Dee-J A.P. Spaulding, 28, of Johnson, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to pay $422 in fines and fees.
Allen Robarge, 24, of Hardwick, pleaded guilty to careless or negligent driving ad leaving the scene of a crash and was ordered to pay $348 in fines and fees.
Dan L. Mason, 59, of Morrisville, pleaded guilty to narcotics possession and was ordered to pay $262 in fines and fees.
A charge of violating an abuse prevention order against Adrian D. Small, 46, of Morristown, was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Charges of violating an abuse prevention order and violating conditions of release against John C. Van Hazinga, 44, of Underhill,, was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
