Arraignments, week of April 24
Tyrone C. Myette, 35, of Hyde Park, pleaded not guilty to heroin possession, eluding police, leaving the scene of a crash, reckless or gross negligent driving and two counts of cruelty to animals.
Garland E. Bowen, 41, of Morrisville, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense.
Andrew Roy-Bengston, 30, of Cambridge, pleaded not guilty to possession of child pornography, a felony.
Jeannie Ketcham, 63, of Eden, pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 3 and driving after criminal license suspension.
Shannon A. Williams, 26, of Stowe, pleaded not guilty to unlawful trespass, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Amanda Laraway, 39, of Johnson, pleaded not guilty to violating conditions of release and felony retail theft.
William E. Daniels, 49, of Johnson, pleaded not guilty to violating conditions of release.
Christopher B. Mitchell, 28, of Shelburne, pleaded not guilty to felony retail theft.
Kristen Connolly, 54, of Jeffersonville, pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1 and abuse of a vulnerable adult.
Jeremy Chapin, 44, of Hardwick, pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.
Richard Edwards, 52, of Jeffersonville, pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.
Alexander Krall, 33, of Salem, Mass., pleaded not guilty to DUI No. 1.
Cases decided, week of April 24
Austin Morin, 21, of Stowe, pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment and was ordered to serve two years on probation. Additional charges of violating conditions of release and driving after criminal license suspension were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
